Our policy is simple and straight to the point. We accept returns up to 60 days after the date of sale and we’ll give you a full refund on the products. All we ask is the product not be used or expired, is in the same condition you received it and is in the original box and/or packaging. Please note we are not able to accept returns on any custom products or dog tags.

What’s more, you won’t even have to worry with return shipping expenses (contiguous AU only) for most items. Just contact us for a free return shipping label. We can provide a prepaid return label for beds for $7.99. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will be provided within 3 business days once the product arrives and has been assessed.
